Dedicated to the art of BBQ, attend various culinary workshops to discover recipes and original techniques. This stage will tempt you with its smoking demonstration and the barbecuing of our experts. Your will learn about marinades, cooking, smoking, seasoning and all you need to know to make of your BBQ a great success! With the VIP passport you will be a part of our surprise tastings.
